Businesses most often find they are in violation of ADA regulations when they receive notice that they are being sued for denying access to their goods and services by a disabled person. Many of these lawsuits are filed by a few people who sue many businesses across the country. Sometimes it is suspected that the person didn’t actually try to access the businesses goods and services.
